🗺️ About the Maps

What makes these maps different?

Every Map is handcrafted from layered wood — not paper or poster stock. We laser-cut, UV print, and finish each piece in-house, which means the details are crisp, durable, and designed to last. Each map is made to be displayed as artwork, not just wall décor.

Do the maps come framed?

You’ll choose between Framed or Floating during checkout. Framed maps come with your choice of backing material, while Floating maps include matte black standoff hardware for a clean, modern presentation.

What sizes are available?

Our maps come in three handcrafted sizes, each designed to fit different spaces and styles:

  • Classic – 18” x 11” (perfect for desks, shelves, or smaller wall spaces)

  • Elevated – 24” x 14” (a versatile medium size for most rooms)

  • Statement – 30” x 18” (a bold centerpiece for your wall)

 

🧭 The Chase Experience

How do the tokens work?

Each map comes with our Original Token Planks™️ — flat planks of UV-printed, 3M-backed tokens. The tokens are perforated so they can be popped out cleanly by pressing from the back. Once removed, they’re ready to peel and stick to your map. We believe we were the first to introduce this innovative system, and while others have since copied it, our planks remain the original.

Why don’t you use team logos or names? Can you add them if I ask?

Our maps are about celebrating the experience of visiting real places, not about official merchandise. That’s why we use stadium and landmark names (as you’d see on Google Maps), but we never use logos, mascots, or trademarks — those require licensing. Because of this, we can’t add them by request. Instead, we focus on original artwork, collectible tokens, and details that make your map one-of-a-kind.

Why do you call them “bucket list maps”?

Because they’re about more than decoration — they’re about chasing experiences. Each token marks a memory, each map becomes your story on the wall. The name “bucket list” reminds us these aren’t just places, they’re adventures worth living.

Can I request a custom map?

Yes, but here’s how it works:

  • One-off custom maps can be made if you’re willing to pay for the design time. Once completed, the map becomes part of our shop lineup. Think of it like a queue bump. We add maps to our lineup all the time, but we will get the one you want done sooner for a design fee.

  • Branded Maps™️ & Creator Series™️: We also collaborate with brands and creators. These projects may have special agreements about whether maps are sold under Every Chase, fulfilled by us, or sold in wholesale batches under another brand.

  • We don’t do exclusive maps unless they are still manufactured and fulfilled by us.

  • We do not sell or license our files to other sellers.

 

📦 Getting Your Map to You

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the United States while we work through the high costs of customs and international importing.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, reach out to us via chat or our contact form as quickly as possible. If you are requesting a shipping address edit, or material/customization change, please include that information in your initial correspondence. That way when I receive your message, I can make changes to your order right away vs. waiting further for the information. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order moves into production, changes aren’t guaranteed — but more often than not, we can adjust what you need without an issue.

Can I cancel my order?

Because each map is made to order, cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet entered production. If you need to cancel, please reach out via chat or our contact form right away. Once production has started, we’re unable to cancel the order, but in some cases we may still be able to adjust details if it’s a small change.

How long does it take to receive my map?

Most orders leave our workshop within 7 business days. Transit times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. Classic size maps ship the fastest, while the larger maps can sometimes take a little longer. We try to keep the website header/banner up to date with current lead times, as they can change when we are going viral.

Do you offer bulk or corporate/wholesale orders?

Yes. We offer bulk, corporate, and branded orders. Each project is handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on whether it falls into our standard wholesale program or the Branded Maps™️ / Creator Series™️ structure. If you’re interested, reach out and we’ll walk you through the details.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We don’t currently offer gift wrapping. Our small workshop is focused on making and shipping maps as quickly as possible, and we don’t keep wrapping materials on hand.

What does the packaging look like?

Maps ship in a plain clamshell-style cardboard box with foam edge protectors that do an excellent job protecting Every Map. Inside the shipping box, you’ll find our perforated 3m-backed Original Token Plank™️, a thank-you card, any necessary hardware, and a packing slip — all packed together in a windowed plastic bag. The outside of the box includes only a small (2x2” or 3x3”) Every Chase brand sticker, so the package contents won’t be obvious if it’s a gift.

 

🔄 What Happens When Things Change?

What if a stadium or location changes its name?

We update new editions of maps with the most current names available, as soon as possible. If a stadium or landmark rebrands after you’ve received your map, we can’t retroactively update older editions. If you are aware of a recent name change you want to be sure is reflected on your map, leave a note on the order. We pay close attention to order notes. That said, for customers who want to keep their map up-to-date, we can create custom wooden 3M-backed veneer engraved stickers that can be placed over the old name.

 

🛠️ If Something Goes Wrong

What’s your return or exchange policy?

Each map is made to order, can’t be disassembled, and comes in thousands of possible combinations. For that reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Be sure you are satisfied with your design choices!

What if my map arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days, providing proof of damage during transit. We will need photos of the damaged product and all packaging, so we can submit an insurance claim with the mail carrier. In the case of damage, we’ll repair or replace the map at no cost to you. If you’d prefer a refund instead of a replacement, it will need to go through the proper channels such as a shipping insurance claim prior to return of funds.

What if there’s a mistake in my customization?

Every order ships with a packing slip that lists your personalization/customization details. If what you receive doesn’t match what you submitted, reach out and we’ll make it right.

What if my order is lost or delayed?

If your order seems stuck, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly — they’ll be able to help you faster than we can. If we contact them, they request your contact info and it usually takes days longer for them to get back. We don’t have access to any additional information beyond what you can see in your tracking. If the carrier confirms a loss, we’ll step in and make it right.

 

⚖️ The Fine Print (Without the Boring Bits)

Are these maps licensed by any professional affiliates?

No — our maps are original handcrafted artwork and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league, team, or stadium. We use public place names (like “Fenway Park” or “Coors Field”) the same way you’d see them on a map or in a travel guide. This is considered nominative fair use — a legally safe way to reference real-world locations. Our maps celebrate your experiences, not league branding.

Who owns the rights to these maps?

All of our map designs, tokens, and supporting artwork are original creations of Every Chase™️ and Hyder Handcrafted™️. They are protected under copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or sold by others in any form. When you purchase a map, you own the physical product — not the design files or reproduction rights.

Do you sell your design files?

No. We do not sell or license our files, nor do we create digital files for other sellers. Our maps and token systems are handcrafted in-house and remain exclusive to our brand.

Can I commission an exclusive map that no one else can buy?

We don’t offer exclusive maps that lock designs away. Every custom map we make becomes part of our shop lineup, unless it’s part of our Branded Maps™️ or Creator Series™️ programs, where special wholesale or co-branded agreements apply. Even then, maps are still manufactured and fulfilled by us.
