Intellectual Property

• All maps, tokens, and supporting artwork are original creations of Every Chase™ / Hyder Handcrafted™ and protected by copyright.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs or digital files. Purchasing a map gives you ownership of the physical product only, not the design rights.

Orders

• Each map is made to order. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

• Custom map requests may require additional fees and design time.

Returns & Refunds

• Because each map is made to order and customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Damaged items will be replaced (see Refund Policy).

Disclaimers

• Our maps are independent handcrafted artwork and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league, team, or stadium.

• We make every effort to ensure accuracy of stadium and location names, but occasional changes may occur.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party shipping carriers.

• In no event shall Every Chase / Hyder Handcrafted be liable for damages beyond the cost of the product purchased.
