Refund & Return Policy

No returns or exchanges

Every Map is made to order, with thousands of possible combinations. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or incorrect items

  • If your map arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement.

  • If your customization does not match what you submitted, contact us with a photo of the map and packing slip. If the mistake was on your end, there will be a small charge to alter it, but we are able to do so. If the mistake is ours, we’ll make it right.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for custom or made-to-order maps. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement for shipping damage, the refund will start with submitting a claim with the shipping carrier’s insurance. Once we submit the proof - photos of damage to the packaging and product - we can start making the replacement to send to you.
